Square's mega-hit series, the king of RPG's, is looking at a promising future with FF8. The hero of the game is Squall Leonheart, a member of SeeD, enemy of the Gardavian Army. An array of new commands and dual shock make this game look better just thinking about it.

New Commands
Draw Magic-Character will attempt to draw a magic spell from the enemy. If it is a success, then the magic can be put in "Stock" for use later on.
Guardian Force-This replaces summon-when you choose to summon Leviathan, Leviathan will take all the damage done to the caster even before he appears on the screen. Then, you can attack with him.
Limits-Limits seem to appear after a set amount of damge taken, and, unlike in FF7, you still have the option of regular attacks.
